Genesis Rodriguez
Genesis Rodriguez was conceived in
Miami, Florida. She is the daughter of Jose Luis "El Puma" Rodriguez
who is a renowned Venezuelan actor and singer, as well as Carolina Perez (a
Cuban model). She is half-sister to two women. She studied at the Carrolton
School of the Sacred Heart. Rodriguez knew from childhood that she wanted to
become an actor. She took summer classes at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film
Institute and continued to train in acting. Rodriguez was a regular on Spanish
language TV shows that included Dame Chocolate (2007), Dona Barbara (2008) and
Prisionera (2004). Also, she was a character on Sarah in the popular show
"Entourage" (2004). Man on a Ledge (2012) and What to Expect When
You're Expecting (2012) are two films she has worked on. Jose Luis El Puma’
Rodriguez's daughter. Half-sister of Liliana Rodriguez and Lilibeth Morillo. On
the The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (January 9, episode in 2013) she
revealed that her name was Genesis, after the British rock group Genesis. She is
from Venezuelan as well as Cuban descent. Being near the ocean is a wonderful
